Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Ranch Dress’n will not accept any returns after 30 days. Your store credit will be issued to you in the form of a digital gift card sent directly to your email minus our 10% restocking fee.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
*No returns or exchanges on helmets, splint boots, shin guards, supplements, underwear, essential oils, fear shirts, or sale items.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit by being emailed an E-Gift Card to the website directly to your email.
