How to Start a Return
Returns are now handled through your Ranch Dress'n account — no more guessing.
- Log in to your account at ranchdressn.com/account and open your Order History.
- Select the order and the item(s) you'd like to return, choose a reason, and submit your request.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you'll receive return instructions by email.
- Mail your item(s) back to us (see address below). You are responsible for return shipping.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your online store credit will be issued.

The Important Stuff (Please Read First)
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- Only one coupon code may be used per order.
- All SALE items — and any item discounted 30% or more — are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final-sale items are automatically blocked from self-serve returns at checkout.
- Merchandise is eligible for online store credit only — we do not offer cash refunds to your original payment method.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
High Demand Disclaimer
Due to overwhelming demand for certain items, there is a possibility of overselling. While we do our best to manage inventory, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your order includes an item that oversells, we will issue a full refund for that item promptly.
Return Requirements
- All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping — if shoes are returned with stickers or labels directly on the shoe box, or the box is damaged, the return will not be accepted.
- Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hair, or other odors will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
- Store credit is issued for the amount paid for the product only — not for any shipping and handling charges.
- Include your original invoice (or a printed copy of your order confirmation) with your return. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed.
- Exact colors may vary due to photography, lighting, and monitor settings, and clothing patterns may vary. These do not qualify as defects, and the buyer pays return shipping if a return is attempted on this basis.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Processing Times
- Please allow 5 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7–10 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
- Once approved, your store credit code is emailed to the address on file and applied to your account within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item. Redeem it under "Use Store Credit" in the Payment Method section at checkout.
- If you place an order before your store credit is applied, we cannot refund that amount or apply the credit afterward. Please wait until your credit posts to your account before ordering. Questions? Email customerservice@ranchdressn.com before placing your order.
- If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, or a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for return shipping. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or carrier-returned packages for 10 days, after which items will be donated to charity.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you. Here's how a size exchange works:
- Log in at ranchdressn.com/account, open your Order History, and start a return on the item you'd like to swap.
- Choose your reason, and tell us the new size you'd like in the notes/comments so our team knows what to send.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive return instructions for the original item.
- Send the original back — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. As soon as we receive and inspect it, we'll ship your new size.
A few things to know:
- Size exchanges are an even swap on the same item — you won't be charged a price difference, even on sale items, and no price difference is refunded.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Because our quantities are limited and items move fast, we can't guarantee your size will still be in stock by the time your return reaches us. If it has sold out, we'll issue online store credit instead.
- Prefer not to risk your size selling out? Purchase the new size now and return the original for store credit.
- FINAL SALE items (all SALE items, and anything discounted 30% or more) are not eligible for exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a problem or defect, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. If we are not notified within 3 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. A photo of the damage/defect is required.
To report a defective or damaged item:
- Take clear photos of the defective or damaged area — including the tag in the image showing it is still attached — and email them to customerservice@ranchdressn.com.
- Put "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Ranch Dress'n account, your order number, and the product code/name.
You'll receive a response from our customer service team within 24–72 hours. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
Shipping
- Orders are processed and packaged within no more than 5 business days before shipping from our warehouse.
Ranch Dress'n is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with UPS or USPS shipping.
- International duties or customs charges.
- Products lost or damaged in the mail — the US Postal Service or UPS is responsible once we ship the package.
- Products marked delivered by the carrier. Contact your local Post Office or carrier for information regarding your package.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Allow 1–4 business days for tracking to update. In rare cases tracking may not update, but you will still receive your order — please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
If tracking confirms an item was delivered to your order address but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. We cannot be held accountable for packages that tracking shows as delivered to your address.

We are not responsible if a package is not delivered within guaranteed shipping times, as processing may take 1–2 business days and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed times.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Because we process and ship quickly, there is a very small window to change your order or address. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, email customerservice@ranchdressn.com as soon as you place your order — we'll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes. If our shipping staff contacts you about an incorrect address and we don't hear back within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
International Customers (Outside the USA)
We cannot guarantee whether you will be charged customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for rates on packages arriving from outside your country.
