These pants are cute as shown in this picture I ordered a small regular however received an incorrect size. I received a small Long. And requested for a prepaid return label not my responsibility to pay for wrong items sent. Their customer service is not at its best. They are very slow to respond or return a call and yet to receive one

Pants have a great fit to them. They are adorable however they run very long.. customer service is not the best. They are very slow to reply. I am yet to receive a return call. It’s been approximately two weeks.

To small, I was approved to return but haven’t received anymore information where to return.

I love these. I have been looking for a Rockie Mountain look and these are rhe closest jean to those. The fit was perfect. Im 5'8, about 170lbs and I have long legs. So I got a size L and long in length. I honestly could have gotten an extra long. (I have long legs) but they fall perfectly. I usually get 35 to 37 in length with my pants. 10/10 recommend.
